The consumer has two years from the date of issue of the goods to obtain the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the non-conformity and not the date of its appearance.
Where the contract for the sale of the property provides for the provision of digital content or digital service on a continuous basis for a period of more than two years, the legal guarantee shall apply to such digital content or digital service throughout the intended supply period. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the non-conformity affecting digital content or digital service and not the date of its appearance.

The legal guarantee of conformity gives the consumer the right to repair or replace the property within 30 days of his request, without any major inconvenience or expense to him.
If the property is repaired as part of the statutory guarantee of conformity, the consumer shall be granted an extension of the initial guarantee for six months.

This guarantee entitles a price reduction if the property is retained or a full refund against restitution of the property.
To make use of the legal guarantee of conformity, the Products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, notice...), as well as a copy of the purchase invoice. The Product may be returned even if it has been opened and used within the normal use limit to verify its proper functioning. Products returned by post must be in a packaging that allows transport under good conditions. In this case, the cost of returning the product will be refunded on the basis of the invoiced price and upon presentation of the proofs.
9.2 Legal guarantee against hidden defects.
If the Product has a defect, the Customer may also implement the warranty against hidden defects within two years of the discovery of the defect. The Commission will then have to prove, inter alia, that the defect existed at the time of purchase, that it was hidden and that it renders the product unusable. The provisions of this Article shall not prevent the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 8.
According to Article 1641 of the Civil Code: "The seller is bound by the guarantee because of the hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for use to which it is intended, or which so reduce such use, that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lesser price, if it were had known. »
