Refund policy

a. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

If the customer, residing in France, contacts MANUCURIST within 14 days of the date of delivery of its order to request the return of an unopened order - then MANUCURIST refund all payments received for the order, including delivery costs. This refund will be made once the returned products have been received. The return fee is the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made by credit to the customer's bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment of the order or through the PAYPAL account if the order has been paid via PAYPAL.

b. Return of products excluding withdrawal rights

If a return is made without all the above conditions being fulfilled, then the classic return policy of MANUCURIST will apply: the return of the products is accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returned products will be refunded if they are compliant (unopened, undamaged, unused). The delivery costs initially paid by the customer will not be refunded, and the return costs are borne by the customer.
In accordance with our commercial policy, the customer has 30 days from the date of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal. In case of dissatisfaction with one or more products, the customer is invited to contact the customer service at the following address: hello@ manucurist .com.
After considering the application, Manucurist propose an appropriate solution and may, where appropriate, arrange for the return and reimbursement of the products concerned.

c. The case of promotional offers

The customer may be required to benefit from a conditional promotional offer, or free delivery, on the Site, allowing him to obtain a discount. In the event of a return by the customer of only part of the items that enabled him to benefit from this promotional offer, the customer will be reimbursed an amount equal to the price of the returned product to which the reduction applied initially and to which the customer will no longer be entitled will be deducted.
Similarly, the customer may be required to receive a gift for the purchase of one or more products. In the event of a return by the customer of this product or part thereof, the customer will also have to return the gift from which he has received it.

d. 30 days refund policy

We hope you will buy with confidence. Please note that our 30-day refund policy can only be used once per customer. Once a refund has been made, no further refund request will be accepted, whether for the same order, a different order or additional products.
