How do I exchange an item received?

Direct exchange is only possible in one of our Parisian shops!
1/ The product must be new and not used, suitable for resale. Contact us via the contact form by specifying the desired item in exchange, we will check that it is well in stock!
2/ Print and complete the return form.
3/ Bring the item to a shop with the form.
If you cannot go to the shop to exchange your item, you can return the item and return order. We accept the return of your item(s) within 15 days from the date of delivery. Return is possible if your products have never been opened or used, and in their original packaging! Simply insert the return form to download here into your package.
